Notification to Supervisor. Every Employee who may be absent from duty on account of sickness or injury shall notify the immediate out-of-scope Supervisor or designate at once, and no Employee shall be entitled to benefits for time previous to such notification unless the delay shall be shown to have been unavoidable and satisfactory evidence of disability is furnished.
