Number of Channels. The Grantee shall provide capacity for the City’s noncommercial Public, Educational and Governmental (“PEG”) Access Programming through one (1) Channel on the Grantee’s Cable System consistent with the requirements set forth herein. The City’s PEG Access Programming shall be provided consistent with Section 611 of the Cable Act, as amended from time to time. The Grantee may offer the City’s entire PEG Access Programming on its basic digital tier of service.

Number of Channels. At completion of the Grantee’s system upgrade as required herein, Grantee shall provide: 1)one Governmental Access Channel to City; 2) one Governmental Access Channel to Indian River County should the County negotiate such a Governmental Access Channel as part of its franchise agreement with Grantee or its affiliate; and 3) one Educational Access Channel to the Indian River County School Board in the basic tier of service. Configuration to Headend Grantee’s system shall be configured so that any Governmental Access programming delivered to the System by City may be delivered to Subscribers on the system from the access facilities and equipment located at City Hall. Grantees’ system shall be configured so that any Educational Access programming delivered to the System by the Indian River County School Board may be delivered to Subscribers on the system from the access facilities and equipment located at its studio, (insert address). Grantee shall provide all necessary headend and system electronic and distribution equipment so that any EG programming transmitted from City Hall and the Indian River County School Board studio may be transmitted to all subscribers on the City’s EG access channels. City Hall and the Indian River County School Board studio will be linked to the headend by the most technically feasible and cost-effective means. Grantee will provide the necessary system electronic and distribution equipment to Grantee’s headend and distribution system to make possible the live cablecasting of the programming from the City Council Xxxxxxxx and the Indian River County School Board studio within 30 days of the Grantee providing notice to the City that the upgrade is complete.
Number of Channels. The calibration utility shall be able to calibrate a single channel or a group of channels.

Deviations, if accepted, will be specifically addressed in writing via an addendum to this Invitation for Bids. Any goods or services that are not in compliance with the specifications will not be accepted.

  • Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions:
