Number of Days - Immediate Family Defined. In the event of a death of an employee's father, mother, husband, wife, brother, sister, son, daughter, father-in-law or mother-in-law, stepfather, stepmother, xxxxxx father, xxxxxx mother, or xxxxxxxxx (a stepchild is one living with or raised by the stepparent) such employee will be paid for straight time lost from scheduled work not to exceed three (3) consecutive scheduled working days being the day of the funeral and an additional two days on either side of the day of the funeral, except in special circumstances.
