Number of Hours enter the total number of hours worked during the report period by the Employees in the employment category. Spread of Hours The ordinary hours of work prescribed in this agreement shall be between the hours of 6.00 am and 6.00 pm on any day or all of the days of the week, Monday to Friday. The spread of hours may be varied by mutual agreement between the parties to meet specific needs of the Company or employees.
Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains the existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation. 2. If the employee chooses to vacate the position or does not meet the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the layoff procedure specified in Article 31 of this Agreement applies.
Reduction of Hours The Employer shall not reduce the weekly hours of work of an employee for the purpose of replacing such hours with another employee at a lower hourly rate of pay.

Minimum Call-Back Time All employees who are called out and required to work in an emergency outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work.
