Annual salary notices will be issued effective with the first pay of September of each year via electronic mail. There is no requirement for unit members to acknowledge receipt of this electronic mail salary notice. The parties intend that this provision shall supersede and take the place of the annual salary notice requirement of R.C. Section 3319.12 to the fullest extent permitted by law.
