NUMBER OF SABBATICALS. The number of the full-time faculty members on sabbatical shall not exceed the equivalent of 4% of the total full-time faculty members and shall be offered to eligible applicants whose leave applications are recommended by the PRC for approval by the Chancellor and the Board of Trustees.
