  • Compensation Rates Each of the compensation rates to be paid by Buyer to Seller for Product delivered under this Agreement as set forth below shall be populated with the values as selected by Buyer in accordance with Appendix XIV. The Compensation Rates are as follows:

  • Contribution Rates ‌ The Employer's contribution rate to the pension fund shall be 8% of each employee's gross monthly earnings. The Employer shall also deduct from each eligible employee's gross monthly earnings 6% and remit that amount together with the Employer's required contribution on behalf of each employee to the pension fund.

  • SALARY RATES Section 12.1 The following shall apply to full-time employees:

  • Salary Rate The annual salary for regular faculty will be prorated according to the established workload for the academic year.

  • SALARY LIMITATION The Grantee cannot use the SAPT Block Grant to pay salaries in excess of Level I of the Federal Senior Executive pay scale.

  • Base Salary During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay Executive a base salary at the annual rate of $250,000, payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company's usual payment practices. Executive shall be entitled to such increases in Executive's base salary, if any, as may be determined from time to time in the sole discretion of the Board. Executive's annual rate of base salary, as in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as the "Base Salary."

  • Workplace adjustment An employer wishing to employ a person under the provisions of this clause shall take reasonable steps to make changes in the workplace to enhance the employee’s capacity to do the job.
