Common use of NURSE ABUSE Clause in Contracts

NURSE ABUSE. J.1 The Hospital, with the nurse's consent, will inform the Union within three (3) days of any nurse who has been assaulted while performing her or his work. Such information shall be submitted in writing to the Union as soon as possible.

The Hospital will consider request for reimbursement for damages incurred to the nurse's personal property such as eyeglasses, ripped uniforms, personal clothing as a result of being assaulted while performing her or his work.
