OAPSE LEAVE. The Board agrees to permit up to two (2) delegates of OAPSE Local #343 and any employee who is an elected State or District OAPSE Officer, to a maximum of three (3) people, leave of three (3) days to attend the OAPSE Annual Conference with continuity of salary. No other expense will be paid by the Board of Education.
