Objectives of Clause. This Clause provides for a team member to request an alternative system for the payment of wages. It is intended that the flexibility provided by this Clause will be of benefit to team members without imposing additional costs on the Company. Team members will be able to participate in a salary sacrifice program in relation to Superannuation or any other benefit agreed to by the Company. Team members are not obliged to participate in this program.
