Obligations Survive Termination. I acknowledge and agree that the restrictions and covenants set forth in this Agreement shall be binding upon me and survive termination of my employment or relationship with the Company regardless of the reason(s) for such termination. I acknowledge and agree that the Company has an important and legitimate business interest that it is seeking to protect with this Agreement and that enforcement of this Agreement would not interfere with the interests of the public.
Obligations Survive Termination. The obligations stated in this Section VII shall not terminate with the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Obligations Survive Termination. In the event of termination of this Agreement, the following obligations shall survive and continue:

All obligations of either Landlord or Tenant hereunder not fully performed as of the expiration or earlier termination of the Term will survive the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, including, without limitation, all payment obligations of Tenant with respect to Operating Expenses and Real Estate Taxes and all obligations concerning the condition of the Premises.

The obligations of each Party contained in this Clause 13 (Confidential Information) shall survive the termination of this Agreement and shall continue for a period of two (2) years after termination. Injunctive Relief Each Party acknowledges that monetary damages alone may not be a sufficient remedy for any actual breach of this Clause 13 (Confidential Information), that injunctive and specific performance or any other equitable relief may be available to the non-defaulting Party in respect of any such breach and that no proof of Special Losses shall be necessary for the enforcement of this Clause 13 (Confidential Information). Such remedies shall be in addition to and not in lieu or limitation of any other remedy available to the non-defaulting Party under this Agreement or otherwise at Law or in equity. FORCE MAJEURE
Obligations Survive Termination. The obligations of Guarantor under this Article shall survive termination of this Agreement (a) as to any obligations of Buyer which survive termination of this Agreement, and (b) as to any obligations of Buyer which remained unsatisfied as of the termination of this Agreement.
Obligations Survive Termination. Borrower's obligation to pay increased costs and Consequential Loss with regard to each LIBOR Rate Borrowing as specified in this Paragraph 5 shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Obligations Survive Termination. Wilnai agrees that any and all of Wilnai's obligations under this Agreement survive the termination of this Agreement.
Obligations Survive Termination. The obligations of the Guarantor under this Article shall survive termination of this Agreement (i) as to any obligations of LII Europe which survive termination of this Agreement, and (ii) as to any obligations of LII Europe which remained unsatisfied as of the termination of this Agreement.
Obligations Survive Termination. The Parties’ obligations puruant to this Section 8 shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
