Observation Committee. The RRB installs an Observation Committee (OC) of which the charge is to evaluate proposals for observational campaigns and experiments using the KM3NeT-RI by scientists that are not a member of the Collaboration. The Collaboration will reserve about 50% of the available observation slots (i.e. of the corresponding online computing resources) for its own priority science purposes. Proponents of accepted proposals will have free access to all data related to their proposal. Rules for user access are defined in Annex 12. The STAC is charged to nominate membership of the Observation Committee. The Observation Committee reports to the RRB and the IB.
