Obtaining Services. Acceptance or use of Service offered by AT&T Long Distance shall be deemed an application for such Service and an agreement by Customer to subscribe to, to use, and to pay for such Service. Customer must provide AT&T Long Distance with whatever authorization(s), proof of identification, and/or other information AT&T Long Distance deems appropriate.

Obtaining Services. To obtain Service, SBCS requires the Customer to provide SBCS with whatever authorization SBCS deems appropriate. Upon SBCS’s acceptance of this authorization, all applicable SBCS terms and conditions, as amended from time-to-time, become the agreement for Service between SBCS and the Customer. Obtaining Services. 9.1 You should carefully review the description of any Service you intend to book to ensure you (and any additional purchasers you are booking for) meet any minimum age, proficiency, fitness or other requirements which the Service Provider has specified. At your sole discretion you may want to inform the Service Provider of any medical or physical conditions, or other circumstances that may impact your and any additional purchaser’s ability to participate in any Service. In addition, certain laws, like the minimum legal drinking age in the location of the Service, may also apply. You are responsible for identifying, understanding, and complying with all laws, rules and regulations that apply to your participation in a Service.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.
