Training Credits i. Subject to the provisions of this clause, the training to be completed by an adult apprentice under a contract of indenture will be determined by the relevant State Training Authority through its approved agencies based upon training credits being granted for the relevant working experience and educational standard obtained by the apprentice
Training Credits. Employees who are currently credited with service seniority for training course time taken through the old Department of Nursing Education, Mental Health Branch, shall retain such seniority until such time as a break in service occurs.
Training Credits. Customer may purchase training credits (“Training Credits”) that may be used towards the purchase of ForgeRock University public or private courses. Each Training Credit may be used for one student to attend one class of any duration. Private event prices are dependent upon the course duration and the number of students attending each event, as selected by customer and Training Credits can be applied to this price at a rate equal to their purchase price. All Training Credits will be valid for 12 months from the Training Credits start date. Any Training Credit not used during the 12-month term will expire and have no further value. Travel and expenses for private events will be invoiced separately to Customer at cost, and Training Credits cannot be applied to offset these costs.
Training Credits. Where an employee is required to report for training, s/he shall be credited as follows:
Training Credits. During training, the crew member will be credited with the following, as applicable:
a) For initial training, The Flight Attendant will receive a set daily rate of one hundred and twenty dollars ($120) per day.
b) For recurrent ground training, credited flight time will be one half hour (1/2) of credited flight time for each hour of training or four (4) hours of credited flight time, whichever is greater.
c) Time allocated to complete online training/distance learning will be determined by the Flight Operations Training Department. Online training course(s) will be credited with one half hour (1/2) of credited flight time for each hour of training.
Training Credits. A CCM will be paid four (4) credit hours per day for attending a training class. If the class time is required to extend beyond ten (10) hours, the CCM will receive half of the entire Duty Period for the day.
Training Credits a) Nortel Networks shall make training available to Customer's purchase with respect to the operation, configuration, installation, service, maintenance and support of the Products at current Nortel Networks prices and at Nortel Networks facilities, subject to course and class availability. Upon the request of Customer, Nortel Networks shall provide to Customer such training as Customer requests, at a time and place mutually agreed upon and at the prices to be quoted for such training. Nortel Networks training products and services are listed at the Nortel Networks website for technical training xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/knowledgeservices ("Nortel Networks Website for Technical Training"). The training policies as listed at the Nortel Networks Website for Technical Training shall apply. Nortel Networks may change, modify, update and/or add training programs as new Products or Product features/releases are made available. Prices shall be subject to change by Nortel Networks.
b) Customer shall bear the training costs and cost of transportation, meals, lodging or other incidental expenses of Customer's personnel to, from and during training.
c) The "Training Bank Dollars" accrued under the Agreement prior to the effective date of this Amendment No. 1 will expire —on March 31, 2008 if not used by Customer and may not be redeemed for cash or other discounts.
d) Any training tuition charges shall be payable by Customer to Nortel Networks at the prices quoted at the Nortel Networks Website for Technical Training and Customer shall render payment within thirty (30) days of receipt of such invoice.
e) Nortel Networks may, at its sole and exclusive discretion, attempt to meet any reasonable request by Customer for a course other than the courses listed at the Nortel Networks Website for Technical Training_ ("Customized Training"). The price for Nortel Networks to modify existing training courses/materials or to design new training materials for Customer will be quoted to Customer on a per request basis.
f) The availability of any training course to Customer as set forth above shall be subject to the prerequisite policy identified by Nortel Networks at the Nortel Networks Website for Technical Training. Nortel Networks training materials are proprietary and copyrighted information. Any use or replication of this material must have written consent by Nortel Networks' Knowledge Services organization. Training Credits. Licensee may purchase training credits (“Training Credits”) that may be used towards the purchase of training services. The number and value of Training Credits shall be set forth on the applicable Order Form. All Training Credits shall expire twelve (12) months from the applicable Order Form Effective Date. Any Training Credit not used during the required timeframe shall expire and have no further value.
Training Credits. Upon approval of the director of vocational education and the su- 38 perintendent, such employees will be granted vocational and training credits for salary 39 advancement purposes, as follows:
41 1) After hire, one (1) credit for one hundred (100) clock hours of employment in 42 business and/or industry;
43 2) Non-hire or volunteer work experience, one (1) credit for thirty (30) clock hours of 44 work experience in business and/or industry. 45
Training Credits. Services can be purchased through Training Credits for later use (“Training Credits”). Training Credits must be redeemed for Services within one (1) year of their purchase. If unused after one (1) year, Training Credits cannot be converted back to money and will be lost.
