– OCCUPATIONAL ACCIDENT OR ILLNESS. 18.01 An employee who suffers a compensable injury, while performing the business of the Agency and is certified by her physician as unable to return to work, shall be paid her base hourly rate for the balance of the working day. If needed, the Agency will supply transportation to the doctor, home or hospital on the first day of injury, and after treatment, transportation to home on the first day.
