Travel Time Payment. (a) Travel time outside a Studio Zone shall be paid at the Employee’s straight time contracted hourly rate to a maximum of one-half (.5) hour per day. (b) On days when no work is to be or has been performed by the Employee, travel shall be compensated with an allowance equivalent to four (4) hours at the Employee’s straight time contracted hourly rate or at the Employee’s straight time contracted hourly rate for time travelled, whichever is greater, but in no event an allowance more than the equivalent of eight (8) hours of pay at straight time. The second consecutive day of travel shall be paid as a day worked at no less than the rate for such travelling Employee’s minimum call for that day of the Employee’s work week. When overseas travel is planned the Employer shall, in good faith, address travel arrangements in advance to mitigate extended travel periods.

Travel Time Payment. (1) An employee who is required to travel between TMB’s Sydney-based offices or within the Metropolitan or Regional Area where they are employed will be paid all additional costs incurred in such travel including a motor vehicle allowance in accordance with Clause 18.1 of this Agreement for any additional kilometres travelled. Overtime will not be paid for additional time taken to travel in these circumstances. (2) An employee who is required Monday to Friday to travel outside the Metropolitan or Regional Area where they are employed will be paid all additional costs incurred in such travel including a motor vehicle allowance in accordance with Clause 18.1 of this Agreement for any additional kilometres travelled. In addition, the employee will be paid for all hours travelled outside the employee’s ordinary hours of work at the applicable overtime rate. (3) An employee who is required on a weekend to travel outside the Metropolitan or Regional Area where they are employed will be paid at ordinary time rates for all hours spent travelling. For the purpose of assessing the duration of the travel, the time spent travelling by the most direct route from home to home shall be included. (4) In addition to the above the employee will be paid for all time worked at the applicable overtime rates.

Travel Time Payment. (a) When Employees are required to work at a location beyond the boundaries of the Studio Zone, the Company agrees to originate and terminate the call at the Studio Zone. If any location requires Employees to travel in and out of the Studio Zone in order to reach their destination, the Employees’ workday will begin at the moment they first leave the zone. Each Employee will have only one departure zone at the start of the work day and one destination zone at the end of the work day. (b) On days when no work is to be or has been performed by the Employee, travel shall be compensated with an allowance equivalent to four (4) hours at the Employee’s straight time contracted hourly rate or at the Employee’s straight time contracted hourly rate for time travelled, whichever is greater, but in no event an allowance more than the equivalent of eight (8) hours of pay at straight time. Travel Time Payment. A qualified teacher accepting an assignment to teach in another school district shall receive travel time compensation equal to payment for non- teaching assignment during preparation period, or for additional assignment during duty free lunch period, whichever is necessary to meet the requirements of the assignment, as such payment is calculated in accord with this master agreement.

  • Invoice Payment 3.1. The CUSTOMER shall pay all valid invoices submitted by the CONTRACTOR in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule in accordance with the provisions of Clause 5 of this Contract. 3.2. In the event of a disputed invoice, the CUSTOMER shall make payment in respect of any undisputed amount in accordance with the provisions of Clause 5 of this Contract and return the invoice to the CONTRACTOR within ten (10) Working Days of receipt with a covering statement proposing amendments to the invoice and/or the reason for any non-payment. The CONTRACTOR shall respond within ten (10) Working Days of receipt of the returned invoice stating whether or not the CONTRACTOR accepts the CUSTOMER’s proposed amendments. If it does then the CONTRACTOR shall supply with the response a replacement valid invoice. If it does not then the matter shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Clause 21 of this Contract.
