Occupational First Aid Requirements and Courses. (a) The union and the BCGEU agree that First Aid Regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act shall be fully complied with. Sufficient copies of the WCB Industrial Health & Safety Regulations as well as the First Aid Regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act shall be maintained at each work location.
