Common use of Occupational Health and Safety Training Clause in Contracts

Occupational Health and Safety Training. 1. Employees will be furnished Basic First-Aid Instruction, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) instruction, and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training when the Agency determines that said training is required by their position. Each person who successfully completes a recognized course will receive a certification card.
