Roster Change. (a) Seven days’ notice must be given of a change to a roster unless a medical emergency or disaster situation exists.
(b) If the Health Service requires a Doctor to work ordinary hours outside of the existing roster and has not given seven days’ notice of the change and there is no genuine medical emergency or disaster situation:
(i) the Doctor must be paid a daily allowance of 2.5% of the Doctor’s ordinary weekly rate of pay for the rostered hours worked per shift; unless
(ii) the Doctor is part-time and has agreed to work shifts(s) in addition to those rostered. In this case, the Doctor is not entitled to the allowance in subclause 35.5(b)(i) above.
Roster Change. (a) Rosters will not not change without at least fourteen days’ notice of a change in roster other than in an emergency situation external to the Employer or disaster, subject to (b), below
(b) If the Health Service requires a Doctor to work ordinary hours outside of the existing roster and has not given fourteen days’ notice of the change and there is no emergency external to the Employer or disaster situation, the Doctor must be paid a daily allowance (Change of Roster Allowance) as follows:
(i) 7 days' or less notice, 5 per cent of the Doctor's ordinary weekly rate of pay for the rostered hours worked per shift; and
(ii) 8 to 14 days' notice, 2.5 per cent of the Doctor's ordinary weekly rate of pay for the rostered hours worked per shift.
(c) Where the Doctor is part-time and has agreed to work shifts(s) in addition to those rostered, the Doctor is not entitled to the allowance in subclause 35.5(b) above
(d) In the circumstances described at (b) (change of roster), the Health Service will consult with the Doctor whose roster is being amended to consider the circumstances including the amount of notice, workload impact, the responsibilities of the Doctor (including family responsibilities).
Roster Change. In circumstances were the University intends to change a Staff Member’s regular roster or ordinary hours of work, the University will:
Roster Change. Where rosters are changed, it is a requirement that the form “Change to hours / days of duty request” be submitted, and this can be located on the Timesheet menu of the ForestrySA Intranet.
Roster Change. 33.9.1 Notice for a roster change
(a) A roster change must be provided to the employee in writing with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, unless there is agreement to the roster change in which case 7 days’ notice does not need to be provided.
(b) Should the employee disagree with the proposed roster change, they shall be provided with a minimum of 14 days’ written notice in lieu of 7 days, during which time there shall be discussions aimed at resolving the matter.
33.9.2 Subject to 32.9.1 an employee shall be provided with a regular roster which will not be subject to frequent variations.
33.9.3 An employee's roster may not be changed with the intent of avoiding payment of penalties, loadings or other benefits applicable. Should such circumstances arise the employee shall be entitled to such penalty, loading or benefit as if the roster had not been changed.
33.9.4 When changing an employee’s roster, Myer will respect the family and personal responsibilities of the employee and whether the employee can arrange safe transport home.

25.6.2 If the Hospital requires a Doctor to work ordinary hours outside of the existing roster and has not given seven (7) days notice of the change and there is no genuine medical emergency or disaster situation:
(a) the Doctor must be paid a daily allowance of 2.5% of the Doctor’s ordinary weekly rate of pay for the rostered hours worked per shift; unless
(b) the Doctor is part-time and has agreed to work shifts(s) in addition to those rostered. In this case, the Doctor is not entitled to the allowance in sub-clause 25.6.2(a) above.
25.6.3 A Doctor may request in writing to alter the roster. The roster may then be altered by agreement with the Hospital.
25.6.4 Where Doctors swap rostered shifts, only the penalties and allowances for the shift that the Doctor actually works are payable.

Roster Change. 49.2.1 If the University proposes a change to the regular roster or ordinary hours of work of an employee, the University will consult with the affected employee and, where they choose, their Nominated Representative, prior to that change taking effect.
49.2.2 For the purposes of this clause, consultation includes:
(a) providing affected employees with relevant information about the change, including the nature of the change and the likely effects of the change;
(b) providing affected employees with an opportunity to give feedback about the impact of the change; and
(c) giving prompt and genuine consideration to feedback received from affected employees.

33.10.3 A part-time employee shall be given stability in the roster pattern over 4 weeks cycles and shall not be subject to constant roster changes in successive cycles.
33.10.4 An employee's roster may not be changed with the intent of avoiding payment of penalties, loadings or other benefits applicable. Should such circumstances arise the employee shall be entitled to such penalty, loading or benefit as if the roster had not be changed.
33.10.5 When changing an employee’s roster, Xxxx Xxxxx Bros will respect the family and personal responsibilities of the employee and whether the employee can arrange safe transport home.
Roster Change. Any change to roster systems will not be implemented without prior consultation between the Company, affected employees and their nominated representatives and the giving of one (1) week notice or such other period of notice as agreed by the parties. In the case of the implementation of a six (6) or seven (7) day roster, four (4) weeks’ notice will be given.
