Roster Change. (a) Seven days’ notice must be given of a change to a roster unless a medical emergency or disaster situation exists. (b) If the Health Service requires a Doctor to work ordinary hours outside of the existing roster and has not given seven days’ notice of the change and there is no genuine medical emergency or disaster situation: (i) the Doctor must be paid a daily allowance of 2.5% of the Doctor’s ordinary weekly rate of pay for the rostered hours worked per shift; unless (ii) the Doctor is part-time and has agreed to work shifts(s) in addition to those rostered. In this case, the Doctor is not entitled to the allowance in subclause 35.5(b)(i) above.

Roster Change. (a) Rosters will not not change without at least fourteen days’ notice of a change in roster other than in an emergency situation external to the Employer or disaster, subject to (b), below (b) If the Health Service requires a Doctor to work ordinary hours outside of the existing roster and has not given fourteen days’ notice of the change and there is no emergency external to the Employer or disaster situation, the Doctor must be paid a daily allowance (Change of Roster Allowance) as follows: (i) 7 days' or less notice, 5 per cent of the Doctor's ordinary weekly rate of pay for the rostered hours worked per shift; and (ii) 8 to 14 days' notice, 2.5 per cent of the Doctor's ordinary weekly rate of pay for the rostered hours worked per shift. (c) Where the Doctor is part-time and has agreed to work shifts(s) in addition to those rostered, the Doctor is not entitled to the allowance in subclause 35.5(b) above (d) In the circumstances described at (b) (change of roster), the Health Service will consult with the Doctor whose roster is being amended to consider the circumstances including the amount of notice, workload impact, the responsibilities of the Doctor (including family responsibilities).

Roster Change. 49.2.1 If the University proposes a change to the regular roster or ordinary hours of work of an employee, the University will consult with the affected employee and, where they choose, their Nominated Representative, prior to that change taking effect. 49.2.2 For the purposes of this clause, consultation includes: (a) providing affected employees with relevant information about the change, including the nature of the change and the likely effects of the change; (b) providing affected employees with an opportunity to give feedback about the impact of the change; and (c) giving prompt and genuine consideration to feedback received from affected employees.

Roster Change. Any change to roster systems will not be implemented without prior consultation between the Company, affected employees and their nominated representatives and the giving of one (1) week notice or such other period of notice as agreed by the parties. In the case of the implementation of a six (6) or seven (7) day roster, four (4) weeks’ notice will be given.
