Officer and President. The Corporation shall cause Employee to be nominated to serve as a director of the Corporation for the duration of his term of employment as set forth herein, and any extension or amendment of this Agreement.

Officer and President. B. The Corporation and the Executive have agreed to terminate the Retention Agreement according to the terms and conditions set forth below.
Officer and President. 1.2 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Executive hereby accepts employment as Chief Technology Officer and President of the Company and agrees to devote his full working time and efforts, to the best of his ability, experience and talent, to the performance of services, duties and responsibilities in connection therewith.

Officer and President. The Employee's place of employment shall be in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area, subject to travel necessary for the performance of his duties hereunder. The Corporation shall provide to the Employee adequate office facilities and staff commensurate with his position to enable him to perform his duties hereunder.
