Officer Friendly. If an officer within the Patrol Division is assigned to provide Officer Friendly curriculum to schools and is not already receiving a specialty stipend, that officer shall receive a twenty one ($21.00) dollar stipend for the full weeks worked in that capacity up to a maximum of nine (9) weeks per year.
