Official and City Staff Briefings. The PI Coordinator and the Engineer shall coordinate/participate in meetings with elected officials and/or schedule appearances at various council/commission/board meetings to provide project information and answer questions. The PI Coordinator will send individual letters to State/Federal elected officials and neighboring cities and only hold meetings upon request. For estimation purposes, the Engineer shall coordinate and participate in a total of up to 30 meetings.

  • Contractor Staff Conduct 1. For reasons of safety and public policy, in any Contract resulting from this procurement, the use of illegal drugs and/or alcoholic beverages by the Contractor or its agents, employees, partners or Subcontractors shall not be permitted while performing any phase of the work herein specified.

  • Contractor Staff All employees of the Contractor, or of its subcontractors, who perform Project Based IT Consulting Services under the resulting Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. All persons, corporations, or other legal entities that perform Services under the Contract on behalf of Contractor shall, in performing the Services, comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws concerning employment in the United States.
