Reserved Area definition

Reserved Area means an area shown in the Master Plan as such, which may be developed/re-planned by the Authority for any purpose at any stage.
Reserved Area means any part of the Area designated by the Authority as a reserved area in accordance with article 8 of annex III to the Convention.
