ON/OFF RAMPING Sample Clauses

ON/OFF RAMPING. On/Off-Ramp Overview: The TSA, at its sole discretion, may exercise on-ramp and/or off-ramp provisions to maintain a pool of qualified, competitive Contractors. On-ramp and/or off-ramp events will not be conducted on a set schedule. The TSA will evaluate current Contractor performance, anticipated upcoming requirements, and current market conditions on an annual basis throughout the life of the BOA to determine if and when it may be in the Government's best interest to open a BOA on- ramp and/or to conduct an off-ramp event. Previously awarded Orders will not be affected by an on- ramp event.
