Online Banking Transfers. You may make a transfer between accounts or to a third party. In order to make online transfers or payments to third parties, you must first sign up for these services by executing our Internet Banking/Bill Payment Agreement. This service is generally available 24 hours a day, but may be unavailable from time to time for system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. Using your personal computer, you may transfer between your accounts, obtain balance information, obtain deposit information, obtain withdrawal information, obtain loan information, make loan payments to us, order checks, and place a stop payment. We do not impose a fee for each online banking transfer or inquiry. Online transfers may be subject to limitations as described in “Limitations on Transfers” below.

Online Banking Transfers. Transfers that you make between your accounts or send to third parties using Online Banking are covered by this section. You can transfer money between your accounts only if you have enough money to pay for the entire transaction. If there is not enough money, the transfer will not be completed. If you try to make a transfer from your checking account that would cause an overdraft, the transfer may be completed if your checking account is linked to your savings account for overdraft protection or you have an overdraft protection line of credit account. You must have enough available balance in your savings account to your overdraft protection line of credit limit. There may be limitations on which accounts you are allowed to make transfers between. Transfers are limited by the restrictions disclosed in the Personal Deposit Account Terms and Conditions. You cannot transfer funds to or from savings accounts held as collateral and accounts that are in dormant or inactive status. A transfer between ASB accounts (with the exception of mortgage accounts) will be processed immediately. Transfers to loans will be treated as payments. Transfers from eligible loan accounts will be processed immediately and the applicable interest charges as stated in your loan agreement will apply immediately.
Online Banking Transfers. You may access your account(s) by web-enabled computer by accessing online banking and using your user name and password to: • Get information on all accounts tied to your Online Banking serviceTransfer funds from checking to savings or savings to checking • Make payments from checking or savings to loan accounts with us • Make payments from checking to a third party via Bill Pay or Zelle Cut-Off Times. A transfer completed through the Service before 7:00 p.m. (Central Time) on a business day is posted to your account the same day. All transfers initiated after 7:00 p.m. (Central Time) on a business day or a day that is not a business day will be posted on the next business day. • Transfer funds from your account at another financial institution to your account at Bank OZK ➢ Standard Inbound Limits o Transaction and daily limits: $2,500 o Outstanding limit - sum total of customer's pending and/or unsettled transactions: $2,500 o Monthly limit - sum total of customer's transactions in a given month (30-day rolling limit): $5,000 o The cut-off time for Standard Inbound transfers scheduled today is 12 AM CT ➢ Next-Day Inbound Qualifications & Additional Limitations o Your Bank OZK account cannot have more than three instances of non-sufficient funds in a month o Your Bank OZK account must have at least one successful inbound $1,000.00 transfer using Bank’s Standard Inbound o You may perform one Next-Day Inbound transfer in a month (30 day rolling period) o The cut-off time for Next-Day Inbound transfers scheduled today is 7 PM CT • Transfer funds from your account at Bank OZK to your account at another financial institution ➢ Standard Outbound Limits o Outstanding limit - sum total of customer's pending and/or unsettled transactions: $2,500 Transaction and daily limits: $2,500 o Monthly limit - sum of customer's transactions in a given month (30-day rolling limit): $5,000 o The cut-off time for Standard Outbound transfers scheduled today is 12 AM CT ➢ Next-Day Outbound Qualifications & Additional Limitations o Your Bank OZK account cannot have more than three instances of non-sufficient funds in a month o Amount of funds being transferred must be available in your account with us o The cut-off time for Next-Day Inbound transfers scheduled today is 7 PM CT

  • Online Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Online Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Review available copies of eStatements and tax information. • Make xxxx payments from your checking account using the Xxxx Pay service. Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving your loan accounts will be subject to your applicable Loan Agreement and Disclosures.

  • Online Banking (a) Utilize Bank’s online banking platform for all matters requested by Bank which shall include, without limitation (and without request by Bank for the following matters), uploading information pertaining to Accounts and Account Debtors, requesting approval for exceptions, requesting Credit Extensions, and uploading financial statements and other reports required to be delivered by this Agreement (including, without limitation, those described in Section 6.2 of this Agreement).

  • Telephone Transfers A telephone transfer of funds from this account to another account with us, if otherwise arranged for or permitted, may be made by the same persons and under the same conditions generally applicable to withdrawals made in writing. Unless a different limitation is disclosed in writing, we restrict the number of transfers from a savings account to another account or to third parties, to a maximum of six per month (less the number of "preauthorized transfers" during the month). Other account transfer restrictions may be described elsewhere.

  • ACH & Wire Transfers If we provide the service, you may initiate or receive credits or debits to your account through wire or ACH transfer. You agree that if you receive funds by a wire or ACH transfer, we are not required to notify you at the time the funds are received. Instead, the transfer will be shown on your periodic statement. We may provisionally credit your account for an ACH transfer before we receive final settlement. We may reverse the provisional credit or you will refund us the amount if we do not receive final settlement. When you initiate a wire transfer, you may identify either the recipient or any financial institution by name and by account or identifying number. The Credit Union (and other institutions) may rely on the account or other identifying number as the proper identification even if it identifies a different party or institution.

  • Administrative Transfers The District reserves the right to transfer personnel as conditions may require. Seniority and posting shall not apply in an administrative transfer involving two permanent employees. Transfers of this nature will be discussed with the exclusive representative for the group prior to final disposition.
