Selection of the Chair. The two (2) parties shall endeavour to agree on the selection of a Chair within thirty (30) calendar days of the notification of the grievance being submitted for arbitration. In the event of their failure to agree on a Chair within the time prescribed, they shall notify the Minister of Labour for the Province of Saskatchewan, who shall be asked to name a Chair.

Selection of the Chair of the Board and Members of the Board of Directors The members of the Board of Directors, including the Chair of the Board, shall be selected in accordance with the ASNT Bylaws and policy.
