Open Issues List and Reporting. There are two types of weekly Operator reporting that will be required: operational and customer care. Operational Reporting Operator will provide weekly reports to Nextel’s NOC via email to xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx and xxxx@xxxxxx.xxx, on the status of all issues reported by Nextel during the week of the report no later than Tuesday of the following week. This report will contain the date that the issue was opened, a summary of the issue, the current issue status and, if resolved, the date and description of the resolution. This report shall be submitted to Nextel no later than Tuesday of the week following the immediately preceding week. Customer Care A monthly report containing the following information will be provided to Nextel’s NOC via email to [insert email address] by the Operator no later than the first Friday of the month following the immediately preceding month: · Number of calls transferred from Operator to Nextel. · Time of resolution for each call and how it was resolved. A quarterly report containing the following information will be provided to Nextel’s NOC via email to [insert email address] by the Operator no later than the second Friday of the month following the immediately preceding quarter: · Total number and description of unresolved issues. · Number of customer care calls Operator receives each month of the quarter being reported.

  • Monitoring and Reporting Monitoring shareholder transactions and identifying and reporting suspicious activities that are required to be so identified and reported, including suspicious activity reports or Form 8300 reports, and provide other reports of shareholder activity to the Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Treasury Department, the Internal Revenue Service, and other appropriate authorities, in each case consistent with the Unified AML Program.

  • Foreign Asset and Account Reporting To the extent that Spanish residents hold rights or assets (e.g., shares of common stock, cash, etc.) in a bank or brokerage account outside of Spain with a value in excess of €50,000 per type of right or asset as of December 31 each year, such residents are required to report information on such rights and assets on their tax return for such year. Shares of common stock constitute securities for purposes of this requirement, but unvested rights (e.g., RSUs) are not considered assets or rights for purposes of this requirement. If applicable, Spanish residents must report the assets or rights on Form 720 by no later than March 31 following the end of the relevant year. After such assets or rights are initially reported, the reporting obligation will only apply for subsequent years if the value of any previously-reported assets or rights increases by more than €20,000. Failure to comply with this reporting requirement may result in penalties. Spanish residents are also required to electronically declare to the Bank of Spain any securities accounts (including brokerage accounts held abroad), as well as the securities held in such accounts, if the value of the transactions for all such accounts during the prior tax year or the balances in such accounts as of December 31 of the prior tax year exceeds €1,000,000. More frequent reporting is required if such transaction value or account balance exceeds €1,000,000. Spanish residents should consult with their personal tax and legal advisors to ensure compliance with their personal reporting obligations.

  • Commission Reporting (a) The Trust Administrator, each Servicer and the Master Servicer shall reasonably cooperate with the Depositor in connection with the Trust’s satisfying the reporting requirements under the Exchange Act.   • Records and Reporting Company will maintain and preserve all records as required by law in connection with its provision of Services under this Agreement. Upon the reasonable request of Distributor, a Fund or the transfer agent for a Class, Company will provide timely copies of: (a) historical records relating to Client transactions involving the Class; (b) written communications regarding the Class to or from Clients; and (c) other materials relating to the provision of Services by Company under this Agreement.
