Operation of Tenant’s Facilities. (a) Tenant shall be responsible, at its sole cost, for the placement, installation, maintenance and replacement of its Equipment.

Operation of Tenant’s Facilities. Tenant shall be responsible, at its sole cost, for the placement, installation, maintenance and replacement of its Equipment. Tenant shall not remove from the Site any valuable materials, or any other property not belonging to Tenant. Tenant shall not allow debris or refuse to accumulate on the Premises. Tenant shall comply with all customary practices and courtesies in use of the Site. Tenant shall operate the Tower and Equipment in such a manner that it will not interfere with or retard the operation of the Landlord. Tenant shall operate the Tower and Equipment with due care and maintain the Premises in a safe, clean and sanitary condition. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, maintain the In-Use Poles and the Equipment in good repair and condition, exercising due regard for Landlord’s equipment on the Site. All damage or injury to the Premises caused by the Tenant, its agents, employees, or invitees may be repaired, restored, or replaced by the Landlord, at the expense of the Tenant. Such expense will be collectible and will be paid by Tenant within 10 days after delivery of a statement of such expense. Tenant shall mount all transmitting antennas at least 7 feet from the ground, measured from the base of the facility.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the Apartment/ Plot and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specification, amenities and facilities annexed along with this Agreement which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

  • Condition of the Premises Tenant has examined the Premises, including the appliances and fixtures ( and furnishings), and acknowledges that they are in good condition and repair, normal wear and tear excepted, and accepts them in its current condition, except for:

  • Upon completion of the Project the Recipient shall make a full and complete accounting to the OPWC of the Eligible Project Cost.

  • CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS Concessionaire shall not affix, alter, or erect any permanent or temporary equipment, structures, buildings, or additions to the Concession Premises without first obtaining the prior written approval of Department.

  • CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter.   • CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION Construction of academic or residential buildings on the UC Berkeley campus may be scheduled for the term of this Lease in the vicinity of the apartments. Capital improvement and other major housing construction or repair projects will necessarily cause increased noise and dust in affected and nearby residences at certain times. There is the possibility of both planned and unplanned utility shutdowns and access to certain facilities, streets, parking lots, walking, and bike pathways may be limited, rerouted, or completely restricted. The University will work with building contractors to make every effort to minimize construction inconveniences. By agreeing to this Lease Agreement, the Resident acknowledges notice of the possibility of scheduled construction and access limitations, and acknowledges that there will be disturbances, disruptions, and inconveniences resulting from such constructions and has agreed to such. The Resident also acknowledges that increased noise, dust, potential reassignment, or loss of parking spaces related to construction or renovation are not grounds for cancellation or termination of this Lease.

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Completion of the Project The Contracting Party shall complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Improvements in accordance with the Plans and submit to the Board a Certificate of Completion on or before November 1, 2016.

  • Termination of Tenancy Any termination of the lease must also comply with all applicable state or local laws, ordinances, regulations, or similar requirements, including as may be applicable emergency orders restricting evictions during declared emergencies or disasters; and Owner/Representative Initials: Tenant Initials:
