OPERATIONS AND PERSONNEL. Carrier shall, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all fuel, oil, tires and other parts, supplies and equipment necessary or required for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the motor vehicles and related equipment furnished by Carrier for the performance of its obligations hereunder, hereinafter collectively designated as Equipment. Carrier shall pay all expenses of every nature, including the expense of road service and repair, in connection with the use and operation of the Equipment and shall, at its sole cost and expense, at all times during the term of this Agreement maintain the Equipment in good repair, mechanical condition and appearance, Carrier, at its sole cost and expense, shall utilize in the operation of the Equipment only legally licensed personnel.

OPERATIONS AND PERSONNEL. Tenant shall occupy the Premises at all times and shall operate in a manner that promotes effective airport operations. Among other things, Tenant shall use its best efforts to immediately notify the Airport Manager of any condition that Tenant observes at the Airport that may create a hazard or disruption, shall promptly remedy deficiencies in Tenant’s operations, and shall promptly respond to Lessor’s complaints, requests for information, and requests for reasonable assistance in connection with planning and other operational matters at the Airport. Tenant shall refrain from annoying, disturbing, or impairing Airport customers, tenants, or employees, and Tenant shall control the conduct, demeanor, and appearance of Tenant’s employees and Tenant’s Associates to prevent them from doing so. If Lessor, Logan City, or Cache County, for good and sufficient cause, deems any of Tenant’s employees or Tenant’s associates to be objectionable, Tenant shall take all steps necessary to remove such persons from the Airport. Tenant’s employees shall possess adequate training and qualifications to carry out their assigned duties. If Lessor determines for any reason that emergency conditions exist at the Airport, Tenant shall participate in any emergency response as directed by Lessor or other agency in charge and shall operate in a manner that protects safety and the interests of the public. Lessor may, but is not obligated to, stop Tenant’s operations if safety Laws and Regulations or other safe work practices are not being observed. Tenant shall participate in and cooperate with the lawful, reasonable, and nondiscriminatory programs implemented by Lessor, including, but not limited to, programs addressing common areas; services provided for use by multiple tenants; programs to implement cost efficiencies and economies of scale; and security-related measures.

  • EMPLOYMENT AND PERSONNEL The Provider shall not engage any person in the employ of any State Department or Agency in a position that would constitute a violation of 0 XXXX § 00 xx 00 XXXX § 0000. The Contractor shall not engage on a full-time, part-time or other basis during the period of this Agreement, any other personnel who are or have been at any time during the period of this Agreement in the employ of any State Department or Agency, except regularly retired employees, without the written consent of the State Purchases Review Committee. Further, the Provider shall not engage on this project on a full-time, part-time or other basis during the period of this Agreement any retired employee of the Department who has not been retired for at least one year, without the written consent of the State Purchases Review Committee. The Provider shall cause the foregoing provisions to be inserted in any subcontract for any work covered by this Agreement so that such provisions shall be binding upon each subcontractor, provided that the foregoing provisions shall not apply to contracts or subcontracts for standard commercial supplies or raw materials.

  • Safe Operations Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an NTO may take, or cause to be taken, such action with respect to the operation of its facilities as it deems necessary to maintain Safe Operations. To ensure Safe Operations, the local operating rules of the ITO(s) shall govern the connection and disconnection of generation with NTO transmission facilities. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.

  • School Operations The School’s governing board shall be solely responsible for the operation of the school and exercise continuing oversight over the School’s operations. The School’s governing board will define and refine policies regarding educational philosophy, and oversee assessment and accountability procedures to assure that the School’s student performance standards are met or exceeded.

  • Operations Logs Seller shall maintain a complete and accurate log of all material operations and maintenance information on a daily basis. Such log shall include, but not be limited to, information on power production, fuel consumption, efficiency, availability, maintenance performed, outages, results of inspections, manufacturer recommended services, replacements, electrical characteristics of the generators, control settings or adjustments of equipment and protective devices. Seller shall maintain this information for at least two (2) years and shall provide this information electronically to Buyer within one day of Buyer’s request.
