Multiple Tenants. If more than one individual or entity comprises and constitutes Tenant, then all individuals and entities comprising Tenant are and shall be jointly and severally liable for the due and proper performance of Tenant's duties and obligations arising under or in connection with this Lease.
Multiple Tenants. If this Lease is executed by more than one person or entity as “Tenant”, each such person or entity shall be jointly and severally liable hereunder. It is expressly understood that any one of the named Tenants shall be empowered to execute any modification, amendment, exhibit, floor plan, or other document herein referred to and bind all of the named Tenants thereto; and Landlord shall be entitled to rely on same to the extent as if all of the named Tenants had executed same.
Multiple Tenants. Where more than one Tenant signs this Agreement, a deduction to be made from the security deposit will be joint and several. Landlord will prepare one (1) check payable to a designated Tenant, and forward same to forwarding address provided to Landlord by written notice as required herein.
Multiple Tenants. If more than one individual joins in the execution of this Lease as Tenant, each individual shall be jointly and severally responsible for complying with Tenant’s obligations as set forth in the Lease. Landlord may, in its sole discretion, exercise its rights under this Lease against any one or more such individuals without releasing the remaining individuals from liability or responsibility, and any notice, xxxx, demand or communication made or served upon any one such individual shall be deemed to have been made or served upon all such individuals.
Multiple Tenants. It is understood that this Premises will contain multiple tenants. Each Tenant is jointly and severally liable for all Rental Agreement obligations. If Tenant or any invitee or occupant violates the Rental Agreement or rules of the Landlord, all Tenants are considered to have violated the Rental Agreement. Requests and notices to any Tenant constitute notices to all Tenants and Occupants.
Multiple Tenants. Should more than one party enter into this Lease as Tenant, each party so constituting Tenant shall be liable, jointly and severally with the other or others, for all obligations of Tenant under this Lease, and Landlord may enforce its rights hereunder against such party with or without seeking enforcement thereof against the other or others.
Multiple Tenants. If any other tenants in adjoining premises share responsibility with Landlord and Tenant for any expenses, the percentages allocated to Landlord and Tenant in this lease shall represent only their respective portions of the total shared expenses. Therefore, their percentages may total less than 100%. Nothing shall prevent the Landlord from paying a Tenant's share of an expense, and billing the Tenant for the amount so paid.
Multiple Tenants. Where more than one Tenant signs this Lease, a deduction to be made from the Security Deposit will be joint and several, and Landlord is not liable for any understanding that may exist between two or more Tenants as to the portion of the Security Deposit that one Tenant may be entitled to, as opposed to another Tenant. Landlord will draw one check payable to all Tenants jointly, or at Landlord’s election, to any one Tenant who shall be responsible for distribution to the other Tenants, and forward same to forwarding address provided to Landlord by written notice as required herein.
Multiple Tenants. Each Tenant who signed the Lease Agreement shall sign this Pet Consent Agreement. Tenants and Tenants’ guest or occupants shall abide by all Pet rules provided herein. Each Tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for damages and all other obligations set forth here in, even if such Tenant does not own the Pet.
Multiple Tenants. Each Tenant and each Tenant's share of the total security deposit is jointly and severally liable for all obligations and sums due pursuant to this lease agreement A lease violation by one Tenant is a violation by all Tenants. Notice by Landlord to one Tenant is notice to all Tenant. Entry permission or service request from one Tenant shall be from all Tenants. Security deposit refund may be in one check jointly payable to all Tenants and such refund check and itemization of deduction (if applicable) may be mailed to one Tenant only.
