Operations Requirements Handbook (ORH). The ORH shall include all the technical data required for operation and control of the spacecraft together with both nominal and contingency operational procedures recommended by the Contractor for use by Inmarsat during all phases of the mission. This ORH shall include spacecraft Flight Control Procedures (FCP’s) to enable Inmarsat to monitor spacecraft status and control spacecraft functions for transfer orbit, IOT, deployments and for all on-station operations including Contingency Recovery conditions. These FCP’s shall be delivered as Word or HTML documents and also in Oracle format to allow Inmarsat to retrieve them in Procedure Intermediate Language (PIL) format. The ORH shall form a comprehensive reference document addressing the Spacecraft System, each of the Spacecraft Subsystems and also the flight software, telemetry lists, telecommand lists and contingency analyses. The following data is required as a minimum for the Spacecraft System, for each Subsystem and also for any flight software: • Overall description, including configuration drawings for the various mission phases; • Mission description from before launch through to and including all operational phases; • Orbit control strategy and operational constraints; • Key performance data and budgets, • Telemetry and telecommand functions, including operational constraints, processing paths, flight specific calibration data, ranges, resolution and accuracy; • Specific generic procedures for Launch and Early Operations Phase (LEOP), In Orbit Test (IOT) and on-station nominal and contingency; • Flight specific volumes shall include typical items such as alignment data for sensors and thrusters, sensor calibration data, spacecraft mass properties, fuel loading volumes, temperatures and pressures and on-board ranging delays. The contingency analysis shall be presented in flowchart form to facilitate diagnosis of failures or anomalies using spacecraft telemetry data. Data (such as tables of gain calibrations or antenna patterns) shall be provided in electronic format compatible with Excel or other mutually agreed format.

Operations Requirements Handbook (ORH). (B020) This document delivered by the Contractor shall provide the technical data required for operation and control of the spacecraft and the operational procedures recommended by the Contractor for use by ORBCOMM Global in all modes of operations. The technical data required for operation and control of the spacecraft shall include: (a) a functional and physical description and theory of operation including all operating modes of the spacecraft at system and subsystem levels, and at unit level, as appropriate, rating characteristics such as power consumption, key performance data, qualification, survival and operational temperatures, etc.; (b) telemetry and command lists; (c) telemetry calibrations, in the form of curves and/or equations for all analog measurements, in engineering units; (d) performance characteristics of the various equipment, with recommended limits in engineering units to be used for monitoring the spacecraft in its various mode of operation; (e) description of all relevant areas where each spacecraft differs in design and construction from prior spacecraft delivered. The operational consequences and/or limitations which these differences impose shall be described in detail; (f) a complete description of all mission phases including operations to be performed in each phase. The spacecraft operational procedures recommended by the Contractor for use by ORBCOMM Global in all modes of operation shall contain information applicable to all ORBCOMM spacecraft deliverable under the Contract, and shall have provisions for inclusion of supplemental information relating to changes in satellite design and operation. The following shall be included: (a) operational constraints including a detailed list, by subsystem, of all critical operations, conditions and performance limitations; (b) operational plans for the spacecraft in all operational modes with a description of recommended subsystem management (such as thermal control, attitude determination and control, and electrical power supply). These operational plans shall cover not only the normal modes of operation, but also the abnormal modes resulting from the first order that shall be included in the ORH documents; and (c) telemetry predictions, consisting of plots of the various significant telemeter parameters versus time corresponding to the various operational modes in the operational plans.   • Training Requirements Grantee will: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS. B. Appropriately budget funds to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met. C. Follow the appropriate DSHS POPS by funding opportunity (as per Section I: General Requirements for All Grantees) for training and observation requirements.

Health-related information must be stored separately with restricted access as appropriate under Tex. Gov. Code §552.102. Training records may be stored separately from the main personnel file but must be easily accessible upon request. Required documentation includes the following, as applicable: i. A copy of the current job description signed by the employee; ii. Application or resume with documentation of required qualifications and verification of required credentials; iii. Documentation of appropriate screening and/or background checks, to include probation or parole documentation; vii. Signed documentation of initial and other required training; and viii. Records of any disciplinary actions. 2. document authentication must include signature, credentials when applicable, and date. If the document relates to past activity, the date of the activity must also be recorded. Documentation must be permanent and legible. When it is necessary to correct a required document, the error must be marked through with a single line, dated, and initialed by the writer.

  • Human and Financial Resources to Implement Safeguards Requirements The Borrower shall make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement the EMP and the RP.

  • Program Requirements The parties shall comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements established in 49 CFR Part 26.

  • General Education Requirements Students who intend to transfer to SUNY Buffalo State College with an A.A. or A.S. degree, will be considered as having fulfilled general education/Intellectual Foundations as long as they complete the 30 credits and 7 of 10 areas of SUNY-GER requirements prior to the start of their studies at SUNY Buffalo State College. Students should have successfully completed the SUNY-GER Basic Communication requirement with a grade of “C” or better, the mathematics requirement, and 5 of the remaining 8 categories.   • COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNMENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS; RECORDS The Trust assumes full responsibility for its compliance with all securities, tax, commodities and other laws, rules and regulations applicable to it.

  • Basic Requirements To be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program, all of the following basic requirements must be met, as well as any applicable additional requirements: • The primary address for your PayPal account must be in the United States. • The item must be a physical, tangible good that can be shipped, except for items subject to the Intangible Goods Additional Requirements.
