OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION. This Agreement shall commence operation from of this Agreement’s Lodgement (and receipt issued) by the Workplace Authority (WA) and its nominal expiry date shall be 29th July, 2012.
OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION. This Agreement shall commence operation from the beginning of the first pay period after the date of this Agreements’ lodgement with and receipted by the Office of the Employment Advocate and its nominal expiry date shall be 30th September 2010.

OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION. 1.4.1 This Agreement shall commence operation from the date of this Agreement lodgement with (and receipt by) the Workplace Authority and its nominal expiry date shall be the date which is five (5) years from the date of the Lodgement receipt.

OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION. 8.1 This Agreement shall come into effect on and from the seventh day after the date of issue specified in the notice from the Workplace Authority Director, in accordance with section 346M of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, and shall remain in force until 30th June 2010. Thereafter it will continue to have force and effect until and unless terminated or replaced.
