OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION. This Agreement shall commence operation from of this Agreement’s Lodgement (and receipt issued) by the Workplace Authority (WA) and its nominal expiry date shall be 29th July, 2012.
OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION. This Agreement shall commence operation from the beginning of the first pay period after the date of this Agreements’ lodgement with and receipted by the Office of the Employment Advocate and its nominal expiry date shall be 30th September 2010.
OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION. 1.4.1 This Agreement shall commence operation from of this Agreement’s Lodgement (and receipt issued) by the Office of the Employment Advocate (OEA) and its nominal expiry date shall be 22nd April, 2012.
OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION. This Agreement shall commence operation from the date of lodgement with the Workplace Authority and will continue for a period of five (5) years from that date.
OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION. This Agreement shall commence operation from the date of lodgement with the Office of the Employment Advocate and will continue for a period of 2 years from that date, with an opportunity to review the agreement after twelve months.
OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION. 1.4.1 This Agreement shall commence operation from the date of this Agreement lodgement with (and receipt by) the Workplace Authority and its nominal expiry date shall be the date which is five (5) years from the date of the Lodgement receipt.
OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION a) This agreement shall come into force on the date of lodgement, and shall remain in force for a period of 3 years.
b) The parties by consent may vary or terminate the agreement pursuant to the provisions of the Workplace Relations Act, 1996.
OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION. This agreement shall be effective from the date of lodgement with the Workplace Authority and shall continue for a period of 3 years from that date.
OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION. This agreement shall be effective 7 days from the date of approval by the Workplace Authority and the agreement shall continue to have effect for 5 years from the date of approval or until varied or terminated in accordance with the relevant legislation in place at the time. Where the agreement is not varied or terminated in accordance with the relevant legislation, it shall continue to have full effect following the 5th anniversary, until it is varied or terminated.
OPERATIVE DATE AND DURATION. 3.1 This Agreement has effect on and from the date of certification by the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales. (IRC)
3.2 The Nominal Expiry Date of this Agreement is 31 December 2008.
