Operator’s Licence. 47. The Hirer will not use the Vehicle for any commercial purpose for which an Operator’s Licence would be required, unless they hold a valid Operator’s Licence. BLVH reserves the right to request a copy of such Operators licence prior to commencement of the hire. If the Hirer fails to comply with this clause they will be responsible for any charges incurred as a result and hereby fully indemnifies BLVH against any losses suffered as a result of such incorrect use. Termination BLVH may terminate the Hire Agreement if: it has reasonable grounds to believe the Hirer may be, or become, insolvent. it becomes apparent that any statement made by the Hirer for obtaining insurance in respect of the Vehicle was not accurate the Hirer commits a serious breach of the Hire Contract and /or these terms and conditions. Upon notification from BLVH that the Hire Contract has been terminated, the Hirer shall return the Vehicle to BLVH immediately. If BLVH terminates the Hire Contract, it may also withdraw insurance cover on the Vehicle and the Hirer shall be responsible for any damage to the Vehicle, loss or theft of the Vehicle and any third party claim made against BLVH in respect of the Vehicle. If BLVH terminates the Hire Contract it may also take possession of the Vehicle (and the Hirer expressly authorises BLVH to enter upon his property for such purpose). Any reasonable costs associated with such repossession shall be charged to the Hirer. If BLVH terminates the Hire Agreement, it will not affect its right to receive monies owed under the Hire Agreement and /or these Terms and Conditions.

The API(s) are provided in the form of a web service that enables a "connection" into our servers. We will provide you with the information necessary to enable your secure use of the API(s). You may not use or install the API(s) for any other purpose without our written consent, and may not copy, rent, adapt, disassemble, lease, assign, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify or decompile, the API(s) or any part thereof. We reserve the right to limit the number and/or frequency of API requests or take other actions necessary to protect the integrity of our services.

  • Permits, Licenses, and Safety PURCHASER shall procure all permits and licenses, pay all charges and fees, and give all notices necessary and incident to the due and lawful prosecution of the operations. STATE may at any time require PURCHASER to satisfy STATE that operations under this contract comply with state, federal, and local laws and regulations. STATE may require PURCHASER to obtain a permit, license, or approval from the governmental body or agency responsible for administering applicable laws before PURCHASER may begin or continue an operation under this contract. In the performance of the operations, PURCHASER shall use every reasonable and practicable means to avoid damage to property and injury to persons. The responsibility of PURCHASER stated herein shall cease upon the operations being accepted as complete by STATE.

  • Licence You must ensure that you hold all necessary licences, permits and approvals that are required by Law (including a Dairy Industry Licence) in order to comply with your obligations under this Contract. Failure to comply with the obligations under this clause may result in DFMC suspending the collection of your milk until such time as the failure is rectified.

  • Sub-licensing The Licensee shall be entitled to grant sub-licences of its rights under this Agreement to any person, provided that:
