OPERS Disability. If an application for OPERS Disability is granted while the employee is on a university-approved leave of absence, the employee shall be placed on OPERS Disability.
OPERS Disability. If an application for OPERS Disability is granted, effective on or after the date the employee has exhausted any available Family and Medical Leave, or such other date as OPERS may allow, the employee shall be placed on OPERS Disability accordingly.
