Optional extra services. Further to the CORE and additional added value services described above, Customers may wish to enhance their service offering with some optional extra services. It is anticipated that these services will increase the cost of the Service delivery and Suppliers will be invited to cost for these optional extras in submitting prices when invited by the Customer (as part of a further competition). Listing of these options here does not negate the need for the Supplier to support the Customer in any policies, processes or other related activity that they may wish to undertake without taking up any of the added-cost options listed below:

Optional extra services. Extra services The department can purchase licences for multiple users for the use of professional software. This software should be seen as a study accessory that in itself is not required for participation in learning activities, but that is made available to students purely by option. The student may be asked to share in the cost of such licence purchase for multiple users provided that the added value can clearly be demonstrated for the students’ use of this software outside of their regular curriculum. Expenses connected to the purchase of (digital) subscriptions to magazines and newspapers as well as expenses related to the purchase of licences for electronic information databases, cannot be charged to the student as an additional fee. These purchases are an essential part of the development of EhB’s library resources to support regular educational and research activities.

Related to Optional extra services

  • Optional Services To the extent that the Fund elects to engage the Transfer Agent to provide the services listed below the Fund shall engage the Transfer Agent to provide such services upon terms and fees to be agreed upon by the parties:

  • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. You must return all cards to the Credit Union. You also agree to notify any participating merchants that authority to make xxxx payment transfers has been revoked. We may also terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing. If we terminate this Agreement, we may notify any participating merchants making preauthorized debits or credits to any of your accounts that this Agreement has been terminated and that we will not accept any further preauthorized transaction instructions. We may also program our computer not to accept your card or access code for any EFT service. Whether you or the Credit Union terminates this Agreement, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this Agreement for any electronic transactions made prior to termination.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.

  • Supply of Services 3.1 In consideration of the amounts due under this Agreement, the Supplier shall, from the date set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter, provide the Services to the Customer for the Term, in accordance with the terms and conditions with this Agreement.
