Oral Examination. (a) Practical Oral Examination to be composed by the Examination Board in consultation with the Fire Chief and the Deputy Fire Chief. The Examination Board will conduct and xxxx each applicant according to test procedure established by the Fire Chief. (b) Each applicant may be asked a maximum of ten (10) oral questions. (c) The list of practical oral questions will be issued to the applicant thirty (30) minutes before the oral examination begins. This will allow the applicant time to prepare answers prior to presentation before the Board. (d) Candidates with a score of not less than 50% on the oral examination shall advance to practical evolutions.
