Order Data. The parties acknowledge and agree that (a) DoorDash collects and fogs order-level transaction data (including customer ID, item count, subtotal, and other fees and taxes) as part of the DoorDash Platform (“Order Data”) and (b) DoorDash owns all right, title, and interest to the Order Data. DoorDash hereby grants to Olo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-transferable, license to access, process, and transfer Order Data to Customers via the API. Order Data shall not include personally identifiable information (“Pill under this Agreement, and to the extent that the Parties agree to exchange PII, the Parties will execute an addendum to this Agreement or a separate agreement. Olo will transmit Order Data via the API using advanced encryption. Olo agrees not to share or otherwise disclose Order Data with any third party. Order Data. The Education Customer is responsible for ensuring that the information it provides as part of each Order is and remains complete and accurate.
Order Data. The contractor is responsible to enter the Order Data. The Order Data elements should be reviewed by the COR/COTR in charge of overseeing the contract. The COR/COTR should also edit any incorrect data if necessary. The KO should review and advise COR, if edits to correct data are necessary. Required Field Input Data Explanation of Required Field Fiscal Year The fiscal year is the accounting period of the federal government. It begins on October 1 and ends on September 30 of the next calendar year. Each fiscal year is identified by the calendar year in which it ends and commonly is referred to as “FY.” Order Number The Order Number refers to the Task Order and/or Delivery Number of the Contract. For contracts without an Order Number, use “0000” as default.

  • Customer Data 5.1 The Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.

  • Safeguarding Customer Information The Servicer has implemented and will maintain security measures designed to meet the objectives of the Interagency Guidelines Establishing Standards for Safeguarding Customer Information published in final form on February 1, 2001, 66 Fed.
