Order of RIF. Once the District President determines the number of faculty members to be RIFed in each unit, he/she shall consider making special and temporary faculty appointments available to qualified tenured or probationary faculty facing RIF. After considering these options the District President shall utilize the following order of reduction within each RIF unit:
