Orderliness and Technical Objection. 19.4.1 No grievance shall be lost as a result of formal or technical objections. Arbitration Boards shall have the power to allow all pertinent information about the grievance in order to determine the merits of the matter in dispute and to render a decision according to equitable principles and natural justice.
