ORDINANCES AND STATUES. RENTER shall comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all VILLAGE, State and Federal authorities now in force, or which may become in force.
ORDINANCES AND STATUES. Renter shall not violate any ordinance or state law in or about the premises. The premises are rented to Renter for residential purposes only, and may not be used by Renter for any other purpose. Renter shall not violate any Government law in the use of the premises, commit waste or nuisance, annoy, molest, disturb, endanger or interfere with any other Resident, neighbor or occupants or neighboring properties. Violation will result in immediate termination of this Rental Agreement, and the forfeiture of Tenant(s)’s Security Deposit.
