ORGAN DONOR Clause Samples

The ORGAN DONOR clause designates an individual's consent to donate their organs and tissues after death. It typically specifies which organs or tissues may be donated and may outline any limitations or preferences regarding donation, such as for transplantation, research, or educational purposes. This clause ensures that the individual's wishes regarding organ donation are clearly documented, helping to guide medical professionals and family members in making timely decisions and reducing uncertainty or disputes at a critical moment.
