  • Technical and Organisational Measures (1) Before the commencement of processing, the Supplier shall document the execution of the necessary Technical and Organisational Measures, set out in advance of the awarding of the Order or Contract, specifically with regard to the detailed execution of the contract, and shall present these documented measures to the Client for inspection. Upon acceptance by the Client, the documented measures become the foundation of the contract. Insofar as the inspection/audit by the Client shows the need for amendments, such amendments shall be implemented by mutual agreement.

  • Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Association’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

  • Preparation and Organisation of Meetings The Chairperson shall convene ordinary meetings of the Project Committee at least once every 6 (six) months and shall also convene extraordinary meetings at any time upon written request of any Member.

  • Grievance Witnesses The District shall make available for testimony in connection with the grievance procedure any District employees whose appearance is requested by the grievant. Any employee witnesses required to appear in connection with this article shall be granted District Authorized Leave to present their testimony and shall suffer no loss of pay during the time required for testimony.

  • GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE - GENERAL 15.01 It is the desire of the parties to this Agreement that complaints or grievances be settled as promptly as possible. This Article is to provide for the prompt handling of such matters as alleged misinterpretation or violation of the Agreement, or other causes for complaint but excluding appeals from disciplinary action and discharge which are provided for in Article 16.

  • Initiation of Grievance When a dispute arises, an attempt shall be made by the Faculty Member to settle the grievance with the appropriate management representative. Failing a satisfactory solution, the Faculty Association shall initiate an informal meeting between the Grievor, a Faculty Association representative and the relevant Xxxx or the administrative supervisor in the case of a Librarian or Counsellor within ten working days after the situation leading to the grievance has arisen or within ten working days from the time the Faculty Member should reasonably have known of the occurrence of the situation giving rise to the grievance.

  • Certification Regarding Prohibition of Boycotting Israel (Tex Gov. Code 2271) If (a) Vendor is not a sole proprietorship; (b) Vendor has ten (10) or more full-time employees; and (c) this Agreement or any agreement with a TIPS Member under this procurement has value of $100,000 or more, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required. Vendor certifies, where applicable, that neither the Vendor, nor any affiliate, subsidiary, or parent company of Vendor, if any, boycotts Israel, and Vendor agrees that Vendor and Vendor Companies will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “boycott” shall mean and include refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with Israel, or with a person or entity doing business in Israel or in an Israeli-controlled territory but does not include an action made for ordinary business purposes.   • Rules of Grievance Processing 1. Time limits of any stage of the grievance procedure may be extended by written mutual agreement of the parties at that step.

  • PROFESSIONAL GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE A. A claim by a teacher, the Association, or the Board of Education that there has been a violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of specific provisions of this Agreement may be processed as a grievance as hereinafter provided.
