Orientation of Teachers. a. No later than September 15 of each year, or in the case of a new teacher, within thirty (30) days of the first day employed, each teacher counselor, or speech and language pathologist shall be notified in writing of the name and position of his or her evaluator. If the evaluator will change, the teacher, counselor, or speech and language pathologist will be notified in writing of the change at least five (5) days prior to the pre-conference, unless mutually agreed to otherwise. b. A teacher, counselor, or speech and language pathologist newly employed or one reassigned after the beginning of the work year shall be notified by the evaluator of the evaluation procedures in effect. Such written notification shall be within two (2) weeks of the first day in a new assignment.
