Site construction definition

Site construction means the work undertaken to erect, assemble, or install any part or component of an industrialized building system or mobile structure at the site where it will be used or occupied, except the relocation of a mobile structure.
Site construction means the activity commencing on the Site to develop the Project after Owner has provided its general contractor notice to proceed to construct the Project, which activity could include any of the following work or services provided by or contracted by Owner and initiated at the Site: clearing of brush, grading of location, deposit of materials upon location, fencing, preparations for foundation(s) and/or structures, provisions for electrical service, and related work and services performed at the Site.
Site construction means the site construction services Contractor shall furnish Owner in accordance with Exhibit B (SOW).

  • The Non-TI Project Improvements shall be constructed pursuant to the Shell, Core and Site Construction Documents, as the same may be further modified as provided in this Work Letter to include any Landlord Modifications (as such term is defined below) and/or as required by any applicable Governmental Authorities.
