OSEA Time Release. 1. Employees who are members of OSEA may be allowed time off without loss of pay or benefits under the OSEA Time Release-Program to assist in Association business. The District will continue to pay the employee, and the Association will reimburse the District for actual costs to replace the employee taking part in the program.
