Governing Law, Regulatory Authority, and Rules The validity, interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement and each of its provisions shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. This Agreement is subject to all Applicable Laws and Regulations. Each Party expressly reserves the right to seek changes in, appeal, or otherwise contest any laws, orders, or regulations of a Governmental Authority.

Audit Authority The Section of Audit and Control of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic shall act as the Audit Authority. The Head of the Audit Authority is the Director General of the Section of Audit and Control. The Director General of the Section of Audit and Control is directly subordinated to the Minister of Finance. The Section of Audit and Control is independent and functionally separated from the Certifying Authority, other administrative units of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, and other bodies involved in the implementation of the Financial Mechanism. Authority Data The Contractor shall use the Authority Data only as necessary for the performance of its obligations under this Contract unless otherwise authorised in writing by the Authority.
AGREEMENT AUTHORITY 5.1 The Parties are authorized to meet together, discuss, reach agreement and take actions necessary to implement or effectuate agreements regarding sharing of vessels, chartering or exchange of space, rationalization and related coordination and cooperative activities pertaining to their operations and services, and related equipment, vessels and facilities in the Trade. It is initially contemplated that the Parties will jointly coordinate the operation and sharing of space on 151 container vessels in the Trade with nominal capacities ranging from 3,000-14,500 TEUs.
Developer Authority Consistent with Good Utility Practice and this Agreement, the Developer may take whatever actions or inactions with regard to the Large Generating Facility or the Developer Attachment Facilities during an Emergency State in order to (i) preserve public health and safety, (ii) preserve the reliability of the Large Generating Facility or the Developer Attachment Facilities, (iii) limit or prevent damage, and (iv) expedite restoration of service. Developer shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect of such actions or inactions on the New York State Transmission System and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to assist Developer in such actions.
Intergovernmental Organizations As instructed from time to time by ICANN, Registry Operator will implement the protections mechanism determined by the ICANN Board of Directors relating to the protection of identifiers for Intergovernmental Organizations. A list of reserved names for this Section 6 is available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved. Additional names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Any such protected identifiers for Intergovernmental Organizations may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such protected identifiers shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement. FERPA The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 USC §1232g, applies to education records of individual students held by the Agency. If Grantee has access to personally identifiable education records, Grantee shall not disclose them to anyone and upon completion of the education program and expiration of the Grant, Grantee shall destroy the records. Grantee shall comply with all applicable statutes and rules related to FERPA and education records.
Institutional Arrangements 1. The AIA Council, as established by the AEM under the AIA Agreement, shall be responsible for the implementation of this Agreement.
