Other Contractors on the Site. 1. The Commission reserves the right to let other contracts in connection with the Work. The Design-Builder will afford other contractors reasonable opportunity for the introduction and storage of their materials and for the performance of their work. Design-Builder will coordinate and tie-in, where appropriate, its Work with that of others in an acceptable manner and perform the Work in proper sequence to the work of others. Such work being performed by the Commission’s separate contractors will not in any way constitute acceptance or partial acceptance of the Work by the Commission.
