Other Family Member. When the death of a brother-in-law or sister-in-law, aunt or uncle, niece or nephew occurs, up to one (1) day for bereavement leave will be granted to an employee, provided paid sick leave or other paid leave is accumulated to the credit of the employee, and is so charged. The employee will be salary deleted if employee has no available time to use.
