Other Fish and Wildlife Protection Laws. Based on the Plan, the Local Agencies may seek approval or authorization under other state and federal fish and wildlife protection laws, including, but not necessarily limited to, the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Fishery Conservation and Management Act, the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, and various provisions of the Water Code and Fish and Game Code. The Parties agree to collaborate to explore the feasibility of developing the Plan to serve as the means by which Covered Activities may comply with these additional laws.

For the avoidance of doubt, if Agency determines notice required of any such Breach to any individual(s) or entity(ies), Agency will have sole control over the timing, content, and method of such notice, subject to Grantee’s obligations under applicable law.
