Common use of Other Positions Clause in Contracts

Other Positions. Upon termination of this Agreement and Executive’s employment under this Agreement for any reason, Executive will be deemed to have automatically resigned from all positions Executive holds as an officer or member of the board of directors (or any committee thereof) of the Employer Group as of the effective date of termination.

Other Positions. Upon the effective date of the termination of this Agreement and the Executive’s employment under this Agreement for any reason, the Executive will be deemed to have automatically resigned from any and all positions held by the Executive holds with the Company Group, including as an officer or a member of the board Board or as any trustee or fiduciary of directors (or any committee thereof) benefit plan of the Employer Group as of the effective date of terminationCompany Group.
